Yes, we provide free shipping across India preferably through our logistics partner Fedex.

4) I have forgotten my login password, what do I do?
On the login page you would have an option "Forgot Password", please click the option and enter the email id. You will receive a mail which shall contain your existing password.
 
6) What are the discounts currently running on your site?
We always have discounts and offers on the site for multiple products. We would suggest you to please visit our home page and browse our "Items on Sale" section.
 
7) Do you take international orders?
No, we are currently shipping across India. However, one may place an order and receive the shipping anywhere in India.
 
8)  How do I register with  Aquariums India?
Follow these steps to register:

  ● Click on REGISTER
  ● Enter your details and submit on CREATE ACCOUNT
  ● Verify your account through SMS or EMAIL
  ● You shall receive an confirmation email
 
10)  In case I return the products, will the COD charges be credited back?
We have a no return policy. Further, we do not have COD facility.
 
12) How long do you take to deliver ?
Delivery time depends on your PIN code. In metro and major cities, it is usually within 2-3 working days. However, may be an exception in states like Kerala, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and North-East India.
 
13) Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to across more than 10,000 pin codes across India.
 
14) Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility?
No, we do not provide COD facility. However if you wish to buy on COD mode, please contact us through mail for further details.
 
15) When will I receive my order? How can I check whether it is shipped or not?
We generally ship items within 2 working days of order placement. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers or due to prolonged public holidays.

16) I got a mail saying my order has been dispatched. When will it be delivered? What is my courier tracking number?

18) I am not in town on the delivery date? Can I choose my delivery date?
Once the order is placed, please call us at  098300 78236 or write us at info@aquariumsindia.com and we will try to deliver the order on your preferred date. Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
 
19) I ordered a gift and by mistake I put my name in the shipping address. How can I change it?
You can call us at  098300 78236 or write us at info@aquariumsindia.com before the order is shipped and we shall update the shipping address for the order.
 
20) I don't know how to place my order.
Follow these steps:
  1. Select the product(s) and quantity(ies) and Click ADD TO CART
  2. Provide your billing and shipping details and Click on CHECKOUT
  3. A pop-up shall appear requesting for the payments details for making the payment
  4. Upon successful payment, you shall receive an email from us as well as an SMS from your bank

21) I got an error while placing the order. I’m not sure if the order is placed.
For every successful order, you will receive an email and a SMS confirming the order. If in case the order was not placed successfully, we request you to place the order again.

We do not have open delivery facility at this point in time. And no return or refund shall be initiated further.

26) Will you list the items ordered on the package / box received?
Generally, we do mention the items in the shipping label as well as the declaration attached to the box. However, at times we may not mention the items due to legal and logistical restrictions.
 
27) Can I change my shipping address/Contact details after I have placed my order?
We can certainly change the address in case the order is not yet shipped from our end.

28) I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can retry again with the same card or try a different card. Alternatively, you can also opt for a different method of payment such as Net-banking or wallet.
 
30) The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed.

38) Is pickup facility available in my area?
We depend on our courier partners to provide reverse pickup facility across India. You can raise a return request through the below link to confirm the serviceability of your Pincode.
 
39) How do I initiate a reverse pick up?
We shall take care of the reverse pick-up. All you have to do is re-pack the product in its original package, and include all the tags and labels. Our logistics partner shall get in touch with you thereafter.
 
41) Who pays the return courier charges?
We will reimburse up to Rs.100 in the form of zCoins. zCoins are a form of cash (1 Zcoin = 1 Rupee).
 
44) Can I get a cash refund of courier charges in case there is no courier pickup from my location?
No, we have a no refund policy.
 
45) I bought a set of products. Can I return only one or both the products?

46) If I use a marketing coupon/discount and return the items, will I be able to avail the same discount for the next order?
No. Discounts are time bound and may vary from time to time. Further, no returns or refunded requested shall be accepted in this case.

No. Marketing discounts are non-refundable.
 
48) Can I raise a return request more than once on an order?
